im getting a cat after we move and i need some great cat names!

First of all I would reccomend a girl. I have had 3 cats and the girls seem to behave the best. But if you dont want your cat to have baby's you'll either have to get a boy or give your girl cat surgery.

I think you should wait until getting the cat before deciding a name. Sometimes a the way a cat looks and/or their personality will give you the perfect name for that individual cat. Like my 2 1/2 month old kitten is so full of energy and life, that we decided to call him Spirit. We also occasionally refer to him as Shadow because he's black and therefore looks like a shadow moving across the room.
I have also in the past named cats after favorite "famous" cats, such as Figaro (from some Disney cartoons), and Simba.
As for getting a boy or girl, it's up to you. From personal experience, tom cats tend to be a bit more rowdy than the females.

usually a girl cat is nicer and calmer. but a boy cat will probably want a bit more attention.
i think delilah would be a cute name after the "plain white t's " song.

Get a girl most definitly! :) Or both! haha.. anyways, i like the name daisy ALOT! So you should name her that!
I got a black cat once and we named her midnight..... so there is an idea if you get a black one!
But i really like the name daisy!
