I'm not a doctor, but I doubt it very much.

Osteoporosis is the decalcification of bone, with formerly-solid bone becoming increasingly porous as calcium leaves it and is not replaced. In time, bones become both weak and brittle.

Sexual responsiveness and ability are unrelated to bone health.

I'd be more concerned about a young male suffering from osteoporosis, which is usually an ailment of the elderly.

osteoporosis per se may not cause any sexual weakness as per literature,but you may end up with back pain.Except vitamine D,no other hormone is ivolved in osteoporosis till you attain menopause or andropause.
