Maybe you should just cut back a little on talking alone with you friends boyfriends alone. That way they dont suspect anything. And if she still thinks that you are flirting when your talking to him in front of her, you should talk to her about that. ask her what are u saying exactly that is bothering her. andexplain to her how u dont do it purposly at all. but go out there and talk to any other guy as much as you want.

You can't! You are one of us special people where flirting comes naturally and we never know when we are doing it but we are. You can't stop it and it either is good for you or bad for you! I look at it as a gift because we are so comfortable at it and its part of our personality! As you can see I keep refering to us because I am the same way. I have more guy friends than girlfriends and its because I am one of the guys! But they are so protective over me because of the way I am and my personality that they say I lead guys on by flirting when all I am doing is talking to the guy. Its part of who we are and how we act and changing it would make us completely different people. Be happy with who you are and don't change because your friends think you are flirting when you aren't. If they were true friends they wouldn't see it as flirting but talking and being a friend as well. You don't have to change to be in the in crowd, if they don't like you for how you are then its time to make new friends!

It just comes natural. Sometimes, you flirt without even knowing you do. So it's pretty hard to catch it. Just be yourself and there's nothing wrong with a little flirting! The only way you can really try to control your flirting is to try to restrain yourself a bit in being too friendly with them...like touching and giggling a lot....those type.

You can't. I presume that you are a very atractive person and have a healthy lifestyle. Flirting varies with the person. What I think is flirting is not necesary what others view it as. All I can suggest is to talk to your friends and let them help you with your issue. That way you'll know what they judge as flirting. Good luck

If it's (as you say) a natural product of your earlier life experiences why would you want to control it to make you fit in among people without the socialization skills you have? That is a bit like pepper-spraying yourself in the eyes so that you can more closely relate to any blind friends you may have....a nice gesture perhaps, but ultimately useless in its scope. Be who you are...that's who you're best suited to be.

maybe it's the way you speak that your feelings are not pictured properly in front of your friends. no big deal. just do not try to be too friendly with guys as they can think it otherwise. remember that you are basically a girl. girls can be friends with boys but then you have to keep some distance & not be too hunky dory. that is exclusively a girlfriend's domain.

i have exactly the same problem with girls- my girlfriends always saying i'm flirting when i'm not-comes from being more interested in acting than sport. you just got to re-assure them that you are not a threat and maybe back off if you are upsetting anyone- cool question , made me laugh! good luck

don't sweat it, I'm a big flirt with the ladies and always will be. As long as it doesn't go any further than it's ok. So your friendly with the guys, big deal. If your friends are worried than they must be insecure about their relationships than. I wouldn't worry about it
