All of them look regular except one of her nipples is red and swollen. She is three years old. Is that normal or should she see a vet?

Okay so if I take to the vet..if she does have a malitas will she be okay to wait three or four days or is that too long to wait.

See a vet. It is probably mastitis which is serious.
Mastitis can be very serious so if you have to wait, watch it very carefully and if it gets worse, get her in immediately.

Normally female dogs who have had a liter have this problem. If she is drying with milk, this could happen. Has she had a liter? Is she taking care of puppies now? Has she recently given birth? It does sound like you need to take her to the vet. Either way it is not normal.

Sound to me like an inflammation. but in any case you should bring her to the vet.

see a vet it is more than likely mastitis and will have to have a shot of penicillin
