sugar is sugar whether it be from organic raisins or "regular" raisins.

The word organic, to me, means the raisins were not treated with man-made chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides so the advantage of organic raisins is less chemicals, but sugar is still sugar.

It's fine, keep eating and enjoying your raisins! I sure do. All fruit has natural sugars in them, that's why they're sweet. Apples, melons, a ripe pear or peach, all provide their own sweetness. It's great isn't it?

And yes, the natural sugar releases into your body at a slower rate than 'processed white' sugar, so it is good sugar.

There is NO such thing as GOOD sugar.
Sugar is sugar.
Organic just doesn't have any chemicals in any part of the processing.
