on quickbooks simple start, bill to information is not showing on the print out.?

how can i make the customer information on the invoice show on printing? it shows on the computer screen when entering information but when you go to print preview, it won't show there and won't print either. please help. the print boxes are all checked in the customization screen but it still won't print.
