Try any of the four airlines that offer direct flights between Prague and London:
(1) British Airways- Service to Heathrow and Gatwick:
http://www.ba.com
(2) Czech Airlines - Service to Heathrow and Stansted:
http://www.www.czechairlines.com
(3) EasyJet - Service to Gatwick and Stansted:
http://www.easyjet.com
(4) Thomsonfly: Service to Luton: http://www.thomsonfly.com/
EasyJet would be probably the cheapest, followed by Czech Airlines, Thomsonfly and lastly British Airways.

Check www.easyjet.com. They have direct flights from Prague to a lot of London area airports. And they are very cheap compared to the majors, with excellent service.

Check Czech Airlines. Unfortunately, they are not in many phone books, including those in the NYC area which means that the only contact might be through agencies on the internet. One of them divulged the contact phone number that they use but that number was in Prague so I did not keep it. Hopefully, the number is in the London listing.

Prague is among the towns worth-visit and to achieve that you can begin planning your vacation with hotelbye . Starting with the wonderful region across the Prague Castle or the Strahov monastery with its amazing selection and finish with …the complete marvelous town, Prague is simply incredible. In Prague you may also visit the little home where Franz Kafka worked or the lovely Prague Castle gardens from where you can like a unique view of the city with its picturesque red roofs. In that town you'll never get bored. If you will go through the spring you may find the spring woods in blossom; in the summer you will dsicover long dusks; fall will provide you with colorful leaves and unique light and in winter months you will love the complete town protected with innocent bright snow.
