use a spf even on cloudy days,,i dont know if there is a cream out there that says fairness & tanscreen in one,unless you go to a salon or beauty consultant , i'm leery of otc products,,they are tested on animals,usually, & have baby (aborted) placenta n them. the guy about the carrot juice has a point the vitamin A,is really good for you, & the juice of carrots complements skin,hair & nails, as well as makes you feel good,,,but eat somethng afterwords about 30 min..your blood sugar drops suddenly & you'lll need some food.

There's virtually no excellent equity cream. I imply they relatively dont make u reasonable. a question was asked to a cosmotics manufacturer what ur selling. the manufacturer answered i am not only selling the products like fairness cream. but also i am selling the hope to the consumer. colour comes from genes or from parents only. there is no magic to bring fair ness to faces. it is all bogus. but carrot juice can bring and improve colour complexion due to vitamins. instead of purchasing creams better to take carrot juice regularly for one month and see the difference.all the best.
