Omega 3 is necessary for soft, glowing skin. Try eating fatty fish like salmon, mackerel and albacore tunalike; fats and oils can provide anti-inflammatory protection and youth-preserving antioxidants. Also try extra virgin olive oil. It'll make you look lovely, and meanwhile could lower your bad cholesterol. If you don't like fish, or don't want the extra calories of added olive oil in your diet, try taking fish oil capsules once a day with your multivitamin.

Pale skin can be from a lot of things. We all need sun to brighten our skin. Vitamin D is in sun but sun also has certain rays that promote healthy looking skin. The catch is to get the right sun at the right time in the right amount and no more. Also, we need the closest thing to a raw diet that we can stick to for good healthy skin. And we need to stay hydrated. Plus we need promote good body higene as well.

SO, get some morning sun between 9 and noon when the sun is at its coolest, for not more than an hour every other to every three days since the tanning properties in our pigment will last for 48 to 72 hours with one sun dose. Use a good body cream to moisture your skin before and afterwards to keep it moist. Eat lots of fresh foods like salads and veggie trays and fresh fruits. Keep hydrated by drinking half your weight in ounces of water daily. And when you take a shower, use a good natural scrubbing cloth or natural sponge (something with a mildly rough surface on it) and gently scrub your dermis off your body. This will stimulate the blood flow to your skin and remove any dead skin cells and your skin will shine. Mine does.
