I'm wondering if anyone knows a cook book or has any ideas for foods that are easy and quick to cook, best of all I can buy the ingredient at the start of the week and store, then cook later in the week. I like prity much everything and cook prity anything well, Kinda.

I like the Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook. It has some good, easy recipes.
