i have 2 cats... one vomits from eating tuna, the other doesn't, so i only give it to the one cat....
i wouldn't feed the cat who vomits tuna anymore. she might have an allergy. or it's just to harsh on her stomach.
give her some other kind of "treat" instead :0)

Tuna is a bad thing to feed a cat anyway. No matter how "organic" or "farm bred" it is, there are still traces of mercury in there that are potentially harmful to house pets. What's good for you is not necessarily good for them. Not to even mention how bad regular tuna is for them. In the long run, especially. And if it's got any sodium, it's very very bad for your cat. If it's salted, it might be overcompensating with water, which would make it throw up as well. I would say, if you want to give them tuna, feed them natural, by-product free food that contains it. There are a few brands that have tuna and salmon as well that are made especially for cats, not human food. Good luck!

Depending on what the tuna is in oil /water, it can be pretty rich for a cat. Stop feeding the cat tuna.

end feeding tuna. too plenty tuna could reason mercury poisoning. Cat ingredients you need to purchase on the food market are undesirable for digestion besides. in case you have tried a grain unfastened by product unfastened cat food and are experiencing an identical concern, it incredibly is time for a vet circulate to. A cat can't survive on tuna on my own, so a vet circulate to is a could desire to in case you could't get her to devour any form of cat food with out vomiting.

Cats should not eat tuna. Even fish-based cat foods are not good for them on a regular basis.
If you're feeding this regularly, stop. If you're offering it as a treat, stop.
Tuna is particularly bad - can lead to a disease.

Don't feed your cats tuna. It's horrible for their stomachs. Try tuna flavored treats :)

my cat doesn't vomit from eating tuna...my other cat did.
he was allergic to tuna and we just didn't let him have it.
don't give him tuna anymore. and if he doesn't stop vomiting he could have something wrong with him. see a vet if that's the case.

People tuna in cans (people food I mean) is either packed in water or oil.
The oil packed is just plain bad for a cat, it's too heavy and makes them sick.
The water packed tuna has WAY too much salt in it to give to a cat safely.

I think some cats consider vomiting a hobby... I have three cats... every morning one of them gobbles some dry food and vomits it up, right before I feed them their morning wet food. Damned if I know why. These days I take the dry food off the floor before I go to bed.
Cats... I love 'em, but they are crazy...
ALSO, BTW... dry food can be tough on male cats' bladders... crystals can form and block urine...

All cats will vomit sometimes. If he's doing it more then once or twice a day, try to change the food you give him or get cream to prevent hairballs.
If he's doing it a lot of times every day, he might have a disease and needs to go to the vet.
