I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

There is something on every woman that I can find attractive! Every woman has something special to flaunt1 Eyes, nose, ears, lips, face, hair, neck, shoulders, nape, back, breasts, stomach, legs, feet, butt, arms, hands, toes, fingers, eyebrows, eye lashes, teeth, voice, lexicon, mannerisms, gestures, and anything else that you can think of! There are some women though, that have more than one thing to admire and to me, the more the merrier!

Usually a cute face, or clean clothes, or if there's something unique or different or mysterious about her.
