In a full sense, NO, it is not physically stoning. But in an spiritual sense, YES. We are not showing love and concern for others. Jesus said let our Yes be Yes, and our No be No.
That means we must deal with facts. Orient to reality with Bible texts, but do this in a humble attitue. Jesus said in Luke 6:27: "But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
6:28 "Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you."
If we would follow this admonition, Earth would be like Heaven, without controversy.
