Here's some suggestions: Consult your doctor, Seeds, Nuts, Eggs, Tuna, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Beans, Breads--particularly whole grain, Fish, Lamb, Dried fruits, Popcorn, and other foods high in protein and/or fat. You should eat a balanced diet, so include fruits and vegetables (lots of vegetables). And exercise! Weight bearing exercises, weight lifting, etc. are best, because you want to put on muscle. It's hard work, but you can accomplish a lot if you stick with it. Working out will make you hungry, so work hard and stick with it, and eat enough to control the hunger; you'll gain the weight. You don't have to become a fanatic, just exercise hard, and regularly. Of course the harder you work (like a fanatic ;-) ), the happier you'll be with the results.
