It could be high blood pressure but since you have migraines (which would mean you have a doctor), you should have already been checked for high blood pressure, However, maybe you could try not eating a lot of salt for a few days and see if that helps any and drink lots of water. Have you had any sinus problems? That can definitely make you have a weird pressure headache as well. Have you been stressed? It could be a headache related to stress. There are so many possibilities. Try drinking some hot green tea. That should help you on any of those fronts.

Carbon Monoxide ?.......or too many red wines before bed? :)
Do you sleep under the duvet, are you opening the window a little for some fresh air at night....
Could be anything, but get that Carbon Monoxide checked out.

A lot of people get that ..get an extra pillow or stick a bit of foam under your mattress at the head end.. - and have a strong cup of coffee and a bit of toast ...and you will be fine..

its anxiety... so before you sleep, take a bath and try to empty your mind... i believe the less you are anxious and having the thought of not knowing what to do the next day... the less you are going to get this morning wakeup headache.
So to empty your mind before you sleep... Plan and write down what you are going to do the next day... Keep it simple... keep life simple.
