depravity on R&S? I mean, there are some days where it's not too bad, and then there are the REALLY bad days, where all kinds of things like blasphemy and such go in on this forum.

Am I the only one that it makes want to cry? Actually...I Have cried for the people on here...

You have a kind and Godly heart. You have been given this burden that you might understand their pain and suffering as Christ does. Pray for these people.Start by putting them down on a prayer list if you haven't already done so. God Bless, and don't allow that liar to harden your heart.

I am with You Dear........Some days after reading R/S Comments, Things Like Blasphemy and Scornful Remarks and so on, I feel so Sorry, and My Heart Breaks! Of course, I realize the enemy is behind "ALL" those Nasty Remarks........I THEN Think that Anyone who Lashes Out At Christians in such a despiseable way, MUST REALLY BE MAD AT GOD, Not us! So I Pray For Them, Like God Says To Do. ( I KNOW HE LOVES THEM DEARLY) (smile)

It is not just Christians who are unhappy about the people who come here simply to mock other people's understanding. Although I do not share your faith, I do have respect for those who demonstrate BY THEIR ACTIONS that they truly LIVE it. I will illustrate what I mean by thisfrom my own experience. I was raised Orthodox Christian which is a denomination that practices infant baptism (I understand that this is not universal among Christians, but bear with me). There was a woman in the church who had sinned and had an adulterous affair. This woman became pregnant with a child VISIBLY not of her husband's seed as her husband is white and the child's father was black. She did repent of her sin and her husband forgave her. Now comes the important part..... many people IN that church were scandalized by my father's actions. When he was approached as sponsor for the child at her baptism, he said "She needs to be baptized, I am honored by your request." and he ignored those who felt that he should not sponsor a bi-racial child.....

When I encounter Christians here who will not ASSUME that I am a bad person because I do not believe as they do and discuss things, I am heartened. Bigots and reactionary Christians remind me of those who would not have sponsored that child who was NOT RESPONSIBLE for the actions which produced her.... (which I believe is as depraved as any other blasphemy)

At least I am HONEST that I am not Christian and when I do not respond as someone RAISED Christian, I am speaking from the religion I now practice and am trying to make people understand that all faiths are not the same.....

Hey! Here's a heads up:

People who don't believe in your god don't necessarily hate your god. I personally have never believed in any god, but i still try to live my life well and be a good person. For me, gods are completely unnecessary, as i put faith in myself and those around me. I don't feel the need to believe in something that is intangible and whose existence is irrelevant to my life, and dubious nonetheless. However, i have every respect for those people who do choose to believe.

PS: this is more of a rebuttal to some of the answerers here than it is an answer to the question at hand. My answer to your question: Some people are just not very considerate... and what seems like blasphemy to you may be doctrine to others. Don't be so quick to judge.

Bless you Jane. I sometimes have to leave the computer for frustration.
Sometimes I go to the Pets section to stay away from such evil thoughts. We should guard our hearts continually.
I have to pray and seek Gods wisdom at times because I catch myself becoming offended, and that is what these who are bound by Satan want.
Blessings.

Jane, Jane, listen sweetheart, the mass does not take answers seriously. God knows your heart, it is not blasphemy if your joking or even in the state of questioning your beliefs. But there is those that will play you just because they think it is funny to slam and be disrespectful. Dont worry about them. Live according to your belief, but don't expose yourself in an area of your life which will make you feel bad if challenged or desrespected in an open public forum. I expect jerks and morons, I can defend myself and or ignore the stupid.

Don't cry over yahoo answers, it will just drive you nuts. Just have fun with it.

absolutely YES! I have been so frustrated on here sometimes I had to leave in order to not say the wrong things right back to them. I keep saying this but I am going to repeat it for my own sake and yours again....." we wrestle not against flesh and blood"...you know that text. It really isn't the people....it is what the devil is getting them to say on here. It is SUCH a spiritual warfare. I have been really analyzing WHY people want to connect SO BADLY on Y/A...including myself. We NEED each other....some of us want to help....some just want a human connection and something positive (if even just a answer to their question) Most do not even know what they need....they just want to connect. So, don't you think the devil is going to play right into that little scenerio? For sure!! We just need to be watchful and ready.....because he is like a roaring lion...ready to devour people!

What you describe is foretold in the scriptures. I can think of many different things that the deceived here instill in my psyche but tears have yet to be one of them.

Empathy is wonderful. Just don't waste it by failing to discern the appropriateness of your feelings compared to the person they are directed towards.

Unfortunately there are quite a few here who will make you cry then laugh at you.

I agree You always get dumb statements like “entropy disproves evolution” showing who ever came up with that at best did high school science and probably failed, and whoever repeats it probably can't make a jigsaw...... it's against entropy according to their dumb *** understanding. Evolution is a fact and the only place they can hide from this is in their own stupidity.

I know what you mean but i just send up a prayer each time i see someone says something so bad. But it also keeps me conscious of the fact that a lot of people still needs to know about the gospel and needs to be be reached.

God bless
