She couldn't have remained an intact virgin after giving birth anyway...somebody no doubt will come up with another fantastic explanation for that, providing no evidence whatsoever as usual.
Don't believe unsubstantiated claims please, it just makes you a sucker.

Fertility clinics are big business these days and many woman go to get implanted. When science does it it's a miracle. When the Bible talks it about 2,000 years before science does it, it's gets made a joke.
The big joke is charging $5,000 to do the process. Barnum was right!
Science, giving us progress through the almight buck!
Fact, you have appendicitis and no insurance a Catholic hospital will treat you if they have a surgeon on duty.
A secular private hospital will stablize you, put you in an ambulance and cart you off to County Hospital.
That's the difference between Secularism and Religion.

The way they proved virginity in those times was by the bloody sheets on the wedding night. Seriously. So I'm assuming when (if) she and Joseph sealed the deal, they may have had evidence. Although after childbirth I don't know....

You just have to take that on faith. Following god's lead, many men today still take it on faith in their own situations.
