how can i tell my "kuya" that he must lear how to adjust, maybe he could decrease his selfishness and being too authoritative?

Some situations call for a tack hammer, some call for a sledge hammer. If he's being selfish and bossy a sledge hammer may be in order. Don't be shy. Get mad if it helps to be heard. He probably has a thick skull. Tell him what you think in no uncertain terms. You'll be doing him a favor if you do. Know one likes a bully. Quite the opposite.
