I thought i was pregnant because i noticed after my last period the bloating did not go down at all. Seems like i gained a lot of wait out of NOWHERE. When i eat, my stomach becomes hard, very sore, cramps on the lower right side, and bloats a lot. I thought maybe it was constipation but there was no problem, and it was still like this even after a good ****.
Whats my problem??

You could be lactose intolerant if you've been eating a lot of dairy lately.... or it could be IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Bloating after meals is one of the main symptoms. I have IBS, and depending on the food I eat, I have intense abdominal pain and bloating, sometimes gas and/or constipation. Talk to your doctor if the pain doesn't go away in a couple of days. He/she may refer you to a gastroenterologist who can diagnose you (after ruling out more serious conditions first). If you do end up having IBS, the easiest way to control it is to change your diet by limiting your intake of fattening foods, dairy, sugar and alcohol. I have lived with it for many years and don't take any medications, just control the symptoms with diet and exercise, get enough sleep and drink lots of water.... stuff we should really be doing anyway.

Good Luck!

I going shoot in the dark here. I am suffering the same thing as you are... im a man.

Let me think for a moment what I did before I got pain...
I played tennis around 5pm in the heat for 2 sets. I believe I over stressed myself and overexposed to heat. Then thata evening thats when I got the feeling of muscle cramp/bloating. 2 days after I still got the pain and I throw up and found out that I have not digested the food I ate the day i played tennis.

I'm saying, it's overstressed, overheat and acid indigestion may be the one of the 3 causes of your suffering.

If you are not pregnant, rub Bengay all over your body (from your waistline to your neck) and take 2 tylenol. and take medicine for your acid indigestion (there are plenty of good products out there.)

How much are you eating at one meal and are you eating dairy ...

Cut out dairy and eat no more than 300 calories per meal about 5-6 times a day ...

If this doesn't help check your fiber intake ... too much could be a problem ...
