Cystitis is an inflammation or infection of the urinary bladder. When caused by germs, cystitis is called a bacterial urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs can be painful and annoying. A UTI such as cystitis can become a serious health problem if the infection spreads to your kidneys.
Bacterial UTIs can involve the urethra, prostate, bladder, or kidneys. Symptoms may be absent or include urinary frequency, urgency, and dysuria; lower abdominal pain; and flank pain. Systemic symptoms and even sepsis may occur with kidney infection. Diagnosis is based on analysis and culture of urine. Treatment is with antibiotics.
The symptoms of a UTI include:
* Pressure in the lower pelvis
* Pain or burning with urination
* Frequent or urgent need to urinate
* Need to urinate at night
* Cloudy urine
* Blood in the urine
* Foul or strong urine odor
Young children with UTIs may only have a fever, or even no symptoms at all.
Additional symptoms may include:
* Painful sexual intercourse
* Penis pain
* Flank (side) pain, vomiting, or fever and chills (may be a sign of kidney involvement)
* Mental changes or confusion (in the elderly, mental changes or confusion often are the only signs of a urinary tract infection; possible spread to the blood should be considered)
Please see the web pages for more details on Cystitis and Urinary tract infection.

If it was a bladder infection, you'd be in some pain. Unless it's the very beginnings of one. If it gets more painful, both when you urinate and afterwards, you probably have one. You might also notice that you have to go more often, but then not much will come out. If you don't develop those symptoms, I'm not sure what it could be. Either way, you should see a doctor.

You should see a doctor and be tested. You probably have a bladder infection, and it won't go away by itself. If you have an infection, you need to be treated so it doesn't spread to your kidneys. Drink a lot of water.
See a doctor! Good luck!
