Yes - you can drop a size in a month! It's hard - but possible - FIRST - plenty of water 72-96oz a day - NO processed food! To be honest you need to only do whole grains and vegetables for the month!!! No juices - unless fresh squeezed from the fruit!!!
No bread, no chocolate - it's crazy but I did it - and only ate fish (not even chicken) went from a 10 to a 6 - in 31 days! I was a little cranky 'cause I had no caffeine (coffee/chocolate, etc...) Not even potato chips - but I look good!!!! The hardest part was I ran 1 mile and walked 3 miles a day (but that's the one thing I kept doing after the weight lost thing!)

It is very possible, but you'll have to put in the work. You can safely lose 2-3 pounds a week. Adjust your diet and try eating small meals every 2-3 hours a day for a total of 1200-1500 calories. You should also do some sort of cardio activity for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week and some toning exercises 3-4 days a week for about 20 minutes. Good luck!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

I have read that you can safely lose 2 pounds per week through a healthy diet and exercise. That's 8 pounds in a month. That ought to be a size easily.

Of course you can! you just need to do light exercises like, side bends to tighten your trunk and helps the love handles....leg lifts, standing or laying down, help thighs and hips, or you can take a good long walk every evening and put a little spring into it.

It is possible. The trick is doing it while still being healthy.
But there is really nothing wrong with size 10, whatever those commercials on television say.
