None unless prescribed.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

First of all most overwieght issue's are habit and metabolism. Be sensible now... and think about that...

Habit: Look at the calorie and fat intake vs the amounts you eat. What kind of "life giving" foods do you eat? Look at each thing you eat and ask " how much life does is this food hold?" You should be "filling up" with raw vegetables and fruits making 90% of your diet. (no fat there) eat all you want. You can use most salad dressings just dont over do them. Stay with foods that "pump life" into your body, enzymes, niutrients, vitamins. Fish, organic chicken, tofu, turkey for protein.

Minimize sugar to natural sources. Minimze all diary and red meat intake.

Drink plenty of fresh spring water, do not drink chlorinated or plastic bottled water (dioxins).

Get a juicer and juice veggies and some fruits.

Excercise with cardiovascular, start slow, but you have to get "burn". You must excercise! You must excercise and get "burn"!

Eating as much as you want should be okay with this regime. If you stick too it as a way of living.

Once your habits change so will your metabolism. Our bodies fill with toxins collected from fat, sugar, chemicals, lethargy, and no excercise. They become sluggish and overwieght. It takes years for this to happen but only months to undo So get started now and commit!

Stay away from pills and don't eat and then throw it up. Those methods do not work. God gave us veggies, use em!

Good Luck and as always, consult your Doctor or GP before starting any diet or excercise program.

Drink more water. It's not uncommon for hunger pains to actually be thirst pains. Plus the water is better for you than most foods.
On a side note, eating less wont really help. Unless you eat an excessively large amount already. Eat small meals throughout the day. Small breakfast, small snack between brkfst and lunch so you are famished at lunch, small snack between lunch and dinner, then small dinner, and a small protein snack before bed.
I switched me eating habits, what I ate, and how I ate, and only did moderate excersise, about 30 to 45 minutes 4 days a week, and in a year I lost about 45lbs.

The cure for hunger is to eat a balanced diet - preferably of the low GI type. This way you will neither feel hungry, get fat or need medication. Eating proper food will also provide you with the physical sensation of having satisfied a basic need. Popping pills will do none of these things.

Going for a day or two is bad enough without eating, but the longer you go, the better it gets. in time your stomach will shrink down to its original size, thus causing you to eat less food.
I went 2 weeks one time without food following an ulcer surgury. I had horrible hunger pains for the first 3 days, but after that, I wasnt all that hungry. I found it easier as time passed. I also found out that since I didnt eat for so long, a drink of water would cure some hunger i had.

if you are looking for a diet pill that will help with the cravings and curvre your appetite, go see your doctor, he can prescribe somthing for you. I used to take Phentermine, and it works great!!!!!

First of all, use spell check.

Secondly- pills are unhealthy and the only use they may have is to trick you into thinking they work (someone is making money from that trick).

Eat foods that are high in protein and fiber and you will feel full. (Low in sugar as well). These foods will have a low amount of calories but will make you feel full for longer.

drink a full glass of water every time before you eat. That way, you'll be getting your daily amount of water and won't feel as hungry.

Water. Lots and lots of water. And when you eat, try eating stuff with lots of fiber in it.
