my daughter is a victim of sexual assault on a minor and I would like to find out when the "pervert" will be or was charged with the crimes. There is a total of 21 charges against him. He is a family members "signifigant other" and we have a family wedding coming up - she will not go to the wedding with the fear he will be there. Does anyone know how to find out? Since this is his 3rd felony - I do not think it would be listed in the traffic and misdemeanor website that I found.

You can check his criminal history here (for the entire state, not just Outagamie Co):

You may also want to see if he is on the sex offenders registry:

First of all, let me say how sorry I am that this has happened to your daughter. In my line of work I have to occasionally deal with abuse victims and know how hard this can be.

Your fist step would be contacting your local law enforcement agency. This may be your local police department, or if you live in a more rural area, the Outagamie County Sheriff's Department. Either way you will probbaly be talking to a Detective.

Another option would be viewing the website for the Wisconsin Circuit Courts. I don't know the web address off the top of my head, but go to Yahoo's home page and type "Wisconsin Circuit Court Access" into the search engine. After a couple of prompts you will be able to search (by name) individuals with charges or court cases pending. Good luck to you.

some issues might desire to take place; A) the decide could tell him he has time till yet another courtroom date to come back up with the money, B) the decide could in simple terms have him arrested at that very 2nd if he isn't able to come back up with money on the 2nd, C) if the guy would not ensue that could desire to recommend a legal warrant, and/or a suspended drivers license and/or a default judgment on your desire stating that his taxes may well be intercepted for fee. yet i do no longer comprehend your entire tale, it is in simple terms an thought of what might desire to take place. via the way, i'm in Milwaukee and that i've got dealt with the toddler help courtroom in the previous.
