bananas, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, watermelon, green peppers, brown rice, onions, garlic, carrots, apples, oranges, rice milk, tofu, broccoli, flax seeds, pomegranates, pineapples, apples, blueberries, cucumbers, fresh ginger, sweet potatoes, collard greens, black beans, chick peas, and mangoes.

all foods are healthy in their own way but some more foods that are considered "healthy" foods are

veggies
fruit
sushi
nuts
spices (ginger, etc.)
milk
water
soy products
low fat cheese


and lots of more foods

chicken, salmon, shrimp, crab legs, pork tenderloin, ham, turkey, green beans, asparagus, broccoli, any form of greens (collards, turnip, spinach), celery, tomatoes, peppers, pickles, cucs, lettuce, cabbage, squash, low fat cottage cheese, low fat cheddar, bananas, grapes, apples, oranges, watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, 1% milk, water

Blueberries are supposed to be really good for you.
And a teeny bit of dark chocolate.
(Not really together though)

any food with low fat in it and low calories.... and low in sugar... use splenda instead of sugar its a sugar substitute... and it takes less
