It is not possible to reduce a particular part quickly keeping the other parts intact. Hence physical exercises regularly will keep the body as well as hips slim. Diet control is necessary. Fast foods, fatty and oily foods are to be avoided. Raw vegetables, vegetable soup may give good results. Yoga and asanas with bending movements and gyrations may help in reducing the hips.Vajrasana, Butterfly pose, Lion pose, Fish pose, Sun Namaskaras etc. are some of the asanas that can shape the hips. They are to be practised under the instructions of a learned master.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

You cannot spot treat trouble areas. This is a universal truth for the most part. What you need to do is a lot of cardio and start eating healthy foods which will promote weight loss and increase metabolism as well as return your body to an anabolic state and retain the natural balance of hormones and chemicals.
You should do cardio 3-5 times a week for about 5 miles each time. It can include: biking, hiking, walking/running/jogging/pacing... skipping, jump rope, jumping jacks, skating, dancing, roller blading, or a multitude of other activities.
E-mail me if you need more help on this.

I will show you how to lose weight and have more energy instantly! The problem with our diet is that we get too many calories, fat, sugar and salt. On the other hand we get too little of the things we need, like, vitamins, minerals, fiber and water. not only do we get overweight but put ourselves at risk for many health problems. I am a personal wellness coach based out of Bangalore and offer a free wellness evaluation. +91980595504 or ehsan1@consultant.com or www.indiaweightloss.blogindia.in

Eat a lot of fat, so your tummy increases significantly. Your hips will now relatively reduce.

you have to take in less calories than you burn.
though you can build muscle in targeted areas, you cannot lose weight in a specific area. you have to lose weight in general, and eventually your hips will lose a few inches.
