Won't happen. You'll only cause damage to your body trying to force it to do the near impossible.

Who that is not healthy
i don't think its even healthy for you to lose 15 pounds in a month.
Your supposed to lose 3 pounds every week at the most! So I would say no more than 15 pounds in a month!

The only way I could think about losing 15 pounds in 1 week would b to fast and exercise 45 % of every day! Which is SUPER bad on your body
And nine outa ten you will just gain back the 15 pounds or more because when you stop your body will hold all the fat you get cuz they don't want it to go into starvation mode again!!!

Losing 15lbs in one week is very close to impossible. To lose 15lbs, you need to burn 52,500 calories more than you eat. That's 7500 calories a day.

Hypothetically speaking (to prove how difficult this would be) If someone held a gun to my family's head and asked me to lose 15lbs in a week, without dying, this is the only way I know how:

1. Eat 1,000 calories a day. (Bare minimum for healthy male without going into starvation is between 800 - 1200, but we are taking the average for exploitive purposes.)

2. Run 3 1/2 hours on the treadmill or orbital machine. At 7mph, that will burn 2,520 calories.

3. If you are 5'5" and weigh 150lbs, your basal rate is somewhere around 2500 calories. This is how much your body burns just to stay alive. So we will add that in.

4. Riding your bicycle for 10 miles at 12mph will burn 1,125 calories.

Misc other workouts need to burn 2,355 calories.

Looking at the above hypothetical now, do you think it is possible? If I were you I would take it easy. Being good and looking good doesn't last one week, it should last your whole lifetime, and working out and building a good healthy active lifestyle should be a lifelong adventure, not a one week bootcamp.

you will not be able to lose 15 pounds in a week. If you did it would be an unhealthy way to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is 1 to 2 pounds a week, becuase this will be fat loss instead of losing water weight or muscle mass.

To lose bodyfat you have to find out your RMR (http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.html) and stay within your RMR. Also why staying in your RMR limits perform cardiovascular exercise to burn more calories, and body fat. he best time to perform carido is in the morning before breakfast, because since your body has gone through a fast from the night before your body will not have any glycogen to burn first (carbs) so it will burn body fat straight away.

Also eat 5-6 small meals a day, this will speed up your metabolic rate.

Also there are herbal methods out, one proven effective on is Green Tea Extract. Here are some of the benefits

Lower cholesterol

Increase Thermogenesis (the body's rate of burning calories)

Enhance fat oxidation

About the safest way to do this is have your doctor cut off a limb. Anything else is foolish, and foolhardy.
