Everyone has told you already that you won't lose your pictures, which is true.
BUT if you have saved them as PSD files instead of JPG you will have a problem opening them. As some photo programs won't recognize the file extension

You can download the free trial of Photoshop from Adobe outright. I guarantee that you'll have more luck that way.

Just a quick tip.
Make a folder on your Desktop and name it something like Photoshop Pictures and then save all to that folder.
Just in case they stop your trial a little early and if they are stored in the My Photo's Folder on Photoshop you cannot retrieve them.

Hi, U don't looswe any photo, but u don't save any change u have made in the photo. U also able to explore the photo.

no yo uwont. but you will need it to view them again.
My advice is to either open up all adobe pictures you have done and save them as Jpegs.
or buy the software

no...but you loose the the right to use the program so it would be no harm to make a new file on your desktop where to back up your photos to to....

No you can't lose your pictures. Just program lock, but pictures remain.
