Multiple Personality or DID is very RARE. In fact, some people in the mental health field do not believe it exists.
For example, the case of Sybil (the book that person keeps telling you to read). It was later discovered that she DID NOT have DID. The entire thing was a lie.
There are some cases of DID where people have personalities that have different blood pressures, talk different languages, etc. but they are very rare.

Read Sybil it is an amazing novel, that covers the anaylis of sybil I . Dorsestt's case of 16 multiple personalities. That is if you have not read it.
