Is blesphemy of Prophets or Messengers of God justified because people think that they are secular and democratic..?

No.....
Because true messengers of God will say something....and it will come to pass.....proving them to be true prophets.
One would be stupid to deny (or blaspheme) a true prophet of the Lord
