Could death be a similar experience?

As a nurse, in a nursing home, death is something I deal with and have thought about.
I just hope mine is peaceful. No lingering in pain. Not a burden to those around me.
Not fearful of death itself, just the way and possibly the timing of mine.

Yes, there have been some things that I fear that turn out nice.

However, it takes a lot of wishful thinking to give any possibility to death being a similar thing.

Death is netiher nice or not nice. When you die, you're just dead. You don't feel good or bad about anything. You don't feel anything at all. Your brain is shut down.

On earth we have for far to long been blackmailed and brainwashed through religions... death is final and comes when it comes... We should think what in life have we been made to fear... for what we have been made to fear is the freedom and bounty of life..... ex: people say that if we have less laws we will have anarchy, yet if we have less laws we would have freedoms, and less oppression.... we are made to fear everything... children use to play to their content every accident brought on a new law now parents feel like they have to dress their children like hockey goalies to be safe in play... when we were children we played hard most of us survived and our bodies are stronger because of it.... you never know what you have given up being afraid...

Well...I recently had to go get booster shots and stuff for college....I was freaking out because the last time I had a shot was when I was like 6...and I remembered what it was like then lol...

But when I got in there and saw how small the needle was, I was fine.

The life we live on this earth is only a grain of sand on an endless beach. Our life with God and his Christ in heaven or in paradise on earth never ends, it is the beach.
