any ideas i am findin it hard to chill and relax im stressed out !!

Milk is a proven relaxer... Have some cold milk with honey before lying down the couch.. or even with hot cocoa...

you can even try a bubble bath with warm-hot water and dim lights or scented candles...turning on some slow music might help...

you can even go for a relaxation massage somewhere decent!! ^_^ good luck

Hmmm, everyone is different, so relaxing to one person can mean going fishing at 5am, while others reading a book. Try everything that seems relaxing, the most relaxing thing a person can do, besides sex, is take a vacation away from home. Some people find relaxation in Mary Jane, but I have no comment on that.

The best way to relax is to sleep or sit down quietly either at the beach or on your bed watching television or reading. By so doing you relax the mind and the whole body

Cold beer, or a glass of wine. Make yourself a good meal. Sit down in front of the TV with a movie or rerun you've seen 8 million times. And do crosswords at the same time. All that stimuli keeps the brain busy, and off whatever you're worrying about.

At least it works for me.

Start a fire in a pit out side at night and sit there and watch it and let it burn.Take all the distractions away and just watch the fire.
