my family has a provincial nominee certificate to saskatchewan but the problem is while waiting for the approval of our provincial nominee my husband has been diagnosed of kidney cancer, he has been operated has february 2007 thru radical nephrectomy. According to his doctors as of today there is no reccurency of tumor according to his MRI and CT Scans that was performed after six months of operations. But his oncologist suggested to have a follow-up CT scan and and laboratory every 6 months for 2 years and annually for 5 years. Does his condition may be an excessive demand that can be cause of inadmissible to canada
