I love cherry tomatoes or home grown off the vine ripe tomatoes...fried green tomatoes are good also...nothing beats a good tomato sandwich with mayo or a BLT...I like to make bruschetta too with the cherry tomatoes

yum, yes I do. I had some last night in my Caesar salad. When I was a kid, and during the summer when farmers would sell tomatoes and corn on the cob at roadside stands, it was a weekly meal for us to have sliced beefsteak tomatoes, and boiled corn on the cob for dinner, with some cold ham. They were the best!

Oh yeah! They are awesome!!! One of my favorite summer meals is sliced tomato with cottage cheese. MMMMmmmm.
