oh my gosh, it is one of the most fullfilling careers. at the end of the day, you arent tired, and dirty. and sweaty... which i hate lol you feel good about yourself, because you have made other ppl feel good about themselves. its a great job, with a great laid back atmosphere. i love it. i would totally tell others that have a pasion for hair to do the same. good luck! and im gonna add you. im now a fan! heheheh

Sure it is. My neighbor does it. She rented a chair in a salon and made some good money. Good enough to open her own salon. She has been open for two weeks and is gathering a following. This over the space of about two years.

in case you love to do hair, you will likely desire a cosmetology license as a fashion to artwork in a keep or open one except you plan to basically do hair on your basement on the area. the two way you will must be properly versed in colour, style, reducing, weaves, wigs, perms, relaxers, conditioners, hair care, etc. it fairly is discovered by potential of having the license.

its good it you're gonna work at an upscale salon but otherwise youre not gonna make any money. also, you have to deal with all the clients which isnt always good!

if you're really good at it, or very interested, yes!
you might have to deal with unhappy customers.
