I went on a date with a wealthy bustard who told me in no uncertain terms that I was TOO FAT for him to consider dating! (I am 5'9 and weigh 135lb, uk size 10), I know I can't really get back at him but the thought alone is woth considering!! Give me all and any ideas....... no matter how ridiculous!!!!

he is not worth it..this kind of assholes are bad for your inner and outer beauty..what goes around comes round..so he will have his moments of insults somehow someday from someone..thats the reality of life...as for you Chill Out Sista.

You do not need him . you deserve better.
start eating right. cut your portions to palm size.
eat vegggie/ fruit . avoid sugar and processed food.
eat and snack 5 times rather 3 big meals .Do Not smoke...
walk or bike 2 half hour a day . ....pick an activity.
after 2 weeks your clothes will be loose and you feel great
( I did it with weight watcher`s help )
