I'm talking about reiki and other stuff. I heard that it's not allowed. Why?

God allows healing, even Reiki. People who do not like the use of Symbols being used are hypocrits because even Christians use the cross in their healings.

God allows healing. But the healing has to come from God. Other religions do have have God. The one with the capital G. The 1/3 part of the trinity. If it is not from God it is from the devil, and therfore not healing, not true healing, you'll feel better for a time, but not healed. If you have Jesus then you have joy. You can have joy in a hospital bed. In prision. Do not confuse joy with happiness. People are satified with happiness, when the really are seeking joy.

I've found that given the right amount of concentration and feeling for the person to be healed you can, if properly open enough, in fact heal or stop pain. Be warned that results don't always last as you think they should. With experience comes understanding and openess.

Some religions don't even allow allopathic medicine ...such is only a partial example of the insanity that is manifest in the delusional thinking inherent in myth and fable when it is believed to be reality. eventually the world will come to an educated maturity but probably not in this generation.

don't know about "reiki" but Jesus empowered His disciples to heal just as He did.
And He says that church elders should lay hands upon the sick

Becasue it is from the devil. God's miracles come from Jesus and Jesus still heals when people have faith in the name of Jesus
