I had a sour relationship with my date for the past 6 months -- should I send her a birthday wish?

We had a relation of more than 5 years -- but last 2 yrs our relationship is on a wane! There is no communication in the last 6 months . But I thought she loved me .... ..... ..... . By the way relationship was never physical!!!
