then I guess I'd be dead and my life over and wouldn't even know it.

I did "kick the bucket", for 7 minutes, in an ambulance, on the way to hospital.
An amazing experience!
I now KNOW there truly is an afterlife.
This has changed my whole life and given it a lot more meaning and hope. There is a heaven,and God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are for real.Without hope, what is the point?

Impossible. There's life, so there must be afterlife since someone had to have created life to begin with. Therefore we can't just die...we're not just matter, there's a spirit. For those who think all we are is cells and have no spirit, i have a question. Basic rule of the cell we all learned in biology: a cell cannot exist without a prior cell sooooo even if everything (the world) started out with only one cell...there still had to b e SOMETHING that created that first cell right??

Well since there isnt anything going on once they kick the bucket, I highly doubt they would care at that point, seeing as how they wouldnt be around to comprehend that little fact.....but at least they had something to hope for while they were alive

Hha, then I guess we wouldnt know it, because we wouldnt be conscious LOL

I could ask the same question:

Athiests: What if you kick the bucket, and thats not all there is? There is an afterlife, and a God.

I guess youd be going to hell, hehe.

The consequences are a little heavier when you turn it around. Hhahaha

Better to be christian with hope, than an atheist without hope. Which brings me to the same question back to you. what if Christians are right. You will be in Hell of an eternity. Better to waste every sunday morning/afternoon in church, for nothing or to waste forever in Hell? The smart person would err on staying in church in this life time don't you think, correct me if I'm wrong.

it all comes down to a series of "yes/no" questions

1) Do we have souls?
No = nothing matters.
Yes = There might be an afterlife

2) Is there an afterlife?
No = nothing matters
Yes =there might be a God

3) Is there a God?
No = doesn't matter if you believe in him or not
Yes = there might be an afterlife

4) Is there an afterlife?
No = NOTHING MATTERS!
Yes = there might be a heaven

5) Is there a heaven?
No = NOTHING MATTERS!
Yes = There might be a hell

6) Is there a Hell?
No = nothing matters (everyone goes to heaven if 5 is true)

Yes = YOU DON'T WANT TO GO THERE SO YOU BETTER BELIVE IN GOD!

Okay, ghost lizard. If it's not true nothing happens. BUT if it's true and I'M VERY SURE IT IS TRUE BECAUSE IT'S THE WORD OF GOD THAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT, YOU WILL WISH THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOUR.

in hell there's a name for your best friend---it's called regret.

To God be the Glory! Forever and ever! Amen!

Once you're dead, you're dead. No coming back to tell you
what's on the other side. No phone calls. Nada! Not even a
ghostly cloud in the corner of your room. Sorry! This is
something we'll never know til we bite the big one!

I would've wasted all those Sundays. Not to mention bible study on Wednesday night!

I could've been out getting sick on Daiquiris and talking to really cool guys about how great their job is or how fast their car is or something.

The fact that you are here is proof that life does not end.

Everyone who thinks that life is a one-time good deal is mistaken! God is smarter than that!
