Hendricks.................. wait and see how they turn Jr around next year

I was gonna say Hendrick but then I thought about it but now i would have to say Joe Gibbs Racing because Kyle and Denny are pretty young so they could be racing for another 15-20 years but with Hendrick some of the dominate guys are in there 30's and i have heard in interviews that Jeff Gordon isn't gonna race in his 40's and he is like 36 now i think and Jimmie Johnson is getting older and Jr. is already in his 30's so in several years these guys may not be racin as well and Kyle and Denny will so i would have to say Joe Gibbs Racing even though I like Hendrick.

Gibbs defently.

Hendrick did not want to deal with the problems Kyle Busch was causing, but the potential in him is huge. Just a matter of if Kyle doesnt screw it up. He also has Tony Stewart, who defently has quite a few good years left in him, as long as he doesnt get sick of NASCAR, and Denny Hamlin, another young hotshot that has already shown he has some skills.

Hendrick does have Jeff Gordon, and Jimmie Johnson. We will soon find out once Dale Jr. goes over to Hendrick if he is overhyped, or just needed the equipment. Then theres whoever drives the 25 car, who can really consider themselves nothing more than a glorified test driver, but they are a close #2 to Gibbs in terms of the future if it pans out.

With the addition of Kyle Busch indications point to Joe Gibbs Racing. This could and should be accurate.
However Kevin Harvick has a driver(Cale Gale) that runs ARCA-Busch-Trucks that could be a winning force in cup if he gets the right break.

Joe Gibbs Racing, with Tony Stewart winning the cup this year, and Kyle Busch winning it next year!

DEI based purely on Truex. JGR is sounding like he'll move to Toyota, which could spell trouble if TRD can't come up with a better product. Hendrick is obviously aging. Evernham is interesting with Kahne, but he's been more of a public image like Earnhardt Jr. (I'm a fan of Jr., but come on, he's more of a marketing product than anything). Personally, I feel Kyle will fail as a driver when he leaves HMS. He seems to be a product of the system, and although less impatient, he makes few friends on the track and doesn't gain any respect. It'll be interesting to see how Smoke takes to his new teammate.

yeah, JGR has a strong pairing with those 2 guys. RCR have Bowyer, Evernham have Kahne and DEI have Truex Jr though and those 3 aren't bad drivers, lol

But yes, right now you'd have to think that Kyle and Denny are the best 'future team'

I would have to say JGR racing has the best team right now. Look at the past few weeks, no one can beat Stewart and dont forget about hamlin and that yucky Busch. After JGR I would have to go for Hendrick. I cant stand that team but come on they have Johnson, Gordon, and JR.

even though HMS drivers are getting older, jeff has some eye on talent. jeff recruited jimmy to HMS and look what jimmy did. if jeff can recruit a couple more drivers like jimmy, then HMS would be fine. as for casey, he is learnin from the best, jeff, jimmy, and soon dale jr. before you know it, casey might get a cup with HMS. i say dont count hendrick out yet. they may be older, but have the experiences to teach younger drivers. kyle just didnt want to listen, it's his lost not HMS.

I agree Gibbs. Hendrick will fall once Gordon retires.

Yes. I agree. It will be the Gibbs boys up front for a lot of years to come.
