If you put her in a new cage she is just going to be confused for a day or two. It will help if you transfer her house and any toys so she has something familiar. She may go a bit crazy looking for her fod stash , so make sure there is food for her available.
She will like the extra room once she explores a bit.

when i bought my hamster a new cage i transfered some of the old shaving and put just a little into each corner of the new cage as well under her little dome. for familiarity.

Sure, she should be fine. There is nothing in a cage change that is likely to harm her. All rodents are fairly resilient.
