Start by not having any caffine after 7pm the night before, you will sleep better and feel more rested the next morning. Late caffeine intake disturbes your sleep and/or causes sleeplessness. In the morning start off by taking a shower or if that isn't an option wash your face in luke warm water (not hot or cold) to liven your pores and make you look refreshed and making you feel the same. Eat a good breakfast as it will feed you brain, making you wake up and think more accurately. Also try to avoid too much caffeine during the day, because when you stop drinking it, you'll crash from having too much, which will make you feel more tired. Stretching when you get awake and dressed will also help liven you up and get your heart rate going faster than just going at a slow pace. Get prepared for it in the evening. Gather all the stuff that supposed to go in your school bag. Decide what you're wearing. Imagine yourself waking up and going to school. That will prepare you mentally as well as physically.
For the morning, develop a routine that's easy to follow. For example, bathroom -> teeth brushed -> shower -> wear bathrobe for now -> eat breakfast-> change into school clothes -> do your hair -> grab your bag and go. When you don't need to put much mental power in what order to do things, it will be pretty fast and efficient and you can actually think about classes. I turn on some energetic music in my room as soon as my alarm clock rings, that helps me too.
I actually never got up more than one hour before classes start. I'm a late night person and I hate waking up earlier than it is absolutely necessary.

Try to drink some coffee or anything with caffeine, this will make you wake up faster ... and try to eat something like corn flakes or so to gain some strength for the morning tasks .. good luck

When you take a shower, turn the water on very cold for a few seconds, this will give you a big shock and wake you up really well. I do it all the time.
