Hello doz123,

I have had the same problems and like you are sick and tired of having wires everywhere.

I bought a device called 'Digisender' from Argos.

It costs £39.95 but was well worth it. You fit the sender part to your sky box or indeed whichever device you want, Video, TV or DVD, the other piece is connected to your TV in the bedroom and you can send the signal from your Sky to your bedroom TV.

You will require a spare scart socket to each of the devices you are going to use.

I think you will agree it is cheaper than getting an engineer in.

Good luck.

Poseidon.

Another option is to check on ebay for a "rabbit" sender unit rather than a digi-sender as using a rabbit there is no connection needed by other tvs you just tune any tv within about 45metres to the signal being transmitted by rabbit and voila your watching sky but remember as with any type of unit like this you can only veiw what is on the original sky box and please take note even though it is not illeagal to sell the "rabbits" its technically against the law to use them but whose to know and if you have any real close friends if they tune a spare channel on their tv to your rabbit signal they can watch what your watching too

what you want is a device called a SKYLINK cost approx £15 where I live and it connects to rear of digi box and you take the lead to your upstairs tv and youare sorted , it comes with a remote so you can change the channel in the bedroom BUT you can only watch the same program at once on both tvs

Bedrooms are for sleeping in not watching sky. Get a good book and cuddle up you will enjoy it much more and save yourself loads a dosh...save up for a special holiday instead of filling the coffers of Rupert Murdoch and his very rich motely crew..
