To get rid of belly:
***lay straight on floor with arms beside your body. Inhale air and stop breathing. Lift both your legs up gradually and stop the half way up. Keep on hanging as long as possible. Then bring down the legs slowly. Repeat it 3 or 5 times. Do it before breakfast and dinner (with empty belly).
To gain weight:

You don't sound like you have weight to lose, really. You're pretty slim. But that belly is built in sometimes genetically. I'm not very well-versed in battling the bulge, but every member of my family has one, no matter how healthy they are. Working out is always a good health move, and eating well is, too. Both will extend your life. But getting rid of that belly may be an exercise in futility.

Crunches is the BEST thing for your stomach. It tightens and tones all your stomach muscles. You could join a gym, most of them have some sort of "ab lounger"....you could also go out and buy your own. They're very popular and I find that they work wonderful. If you're low on the cash, just do it the old fashion way or check your local pennysaver or newspaper to see if anyone is selling an ab lounger---there are alot of ppl trying to get rid of gym equipment nowadays. Good Luck!!

It could be malnourishment, I'm not kidding. Eat the right stuff. Or you might be doing "sit-ups" wrong. You get a big round muscle up front if you don't do them right. And correct crunches are killer hard to do.

do sit-ups! at least 30 a day. or if you're into sports, golf is a good option to burn some fats in the abs. just 30 minutes at the driving range will help you burn a lot of fats.

no, basically specific meals will reason you to learn weight in case you consume then pass to sleep. something extreme in protein yet fairly low in carbs is stable to consume till now you sleep because of the fact protein takes approximately 3 - 4 hours to break down on your physique and in the adventure that your determining and working difficult all day at artwork your physique will crave those amino acids while your snoozing. it is the only time your physique has to fully fix itself. now in case you like your physique to apply your muscle groups to feed itself then pass forward and pass to mattress on an empty abdomen.
