Depends on what test the State uses. Typically, the testing is looking for foreign substances and cannot identify the sex. But if the state you live-in uses a series of tests that determine antibodies as well, . . then yes, the test can determine sex and DNA alleles.

no. they don't spend the money to tell that. it would require a dna test. it's just a basic drug panel.
