I want to go on a sort of work out for 3 weeks. One that will actually give me results.
Please, don't give me anything that involves buying a bunch of food from online that I don't need.

Pilates will tone you up in a short amount of time if you do them at least every other day. It will not, however help you lose weight, but instead, inches. I noticed after a couple of weeks that my clothes fit a little looser, but I still weighed the same. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to cut out most junk food, but a few bites of your favorite treat now and then will help keep you from binging. Eat more fresh fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy, whole grains, and get in some form of cardio. Eating healthy has to be a lifetime change, not just until you get to your goal weight.

if you just want to loose weight in three weeks.. dont eat a damn thing.. it does work.. all that crap about eating disorders is only true if you do it for a year or so three weeks will just give you the results... oh and also cranberry juice flushes out your system..
