chinese- 中国人 zhongguo ren(CHinese person)
and

Hi Katrina, here's how I would say it, and I write these in Traditional Chinese:
1. Australian - 澳洲人 ( à o zhÅu rén )
2. Chinese - ä¸å人 ( zhÅng guó rén ) or è¯äºº ( huá rén )
3. What nationality? - åªååç±ï¼ ( nÇ ge guó jà ? )

Iloveyou is correct, except for Australia, where he is wrong. Luna is correct about Australia. However, only in technical situations does anyone say that for Australia. In normal conversation, we always say Ao zhou ren.
