If you can manage to get a no objection letter from your existing sponsor addressed to the Bahrain embassy in Philippine then it will workout. The letter should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to submit to the embassy.

Try your best through your relatives or friends residing in Bahrain to get this letter.

All the best.

Bahrain Immigration does not be bothered abt your residential status is Saudi Arabia and that they could stamp your passport based on the Visa issued by LMRA. considering the fact which you have already got the visa from LMRA, it ability that your CPR has been issued and all you would be able to desire to do is to circulate to the medical centre on the appointed time given by LMRA on the airport. you have a valid Saudi visa and not yet another Bahrain visa so dont hardship and are available over.

Let the visa expire there is no need to request for cancellation.
