Extensive use of the electronic gadgets and no use of our mind.

Like most gadgets they are not helping us with the exercise we need for good health. Calculators dont help us with the exercise of our brain just as washing machines dont help us with physical exercise.

The computer/calculators help people to tackle tedious time consuming repetitive exercises done in quick manners . Some times they are much more effective deleting human errors.This has no connection of decreasing efficiency of mind of users unless . The real concern is some people tend to waste the time saved by using gudgets unproductively.

There is no question that the man-calculator is more
effective than the man alone.
The trouble is that we are no longer properly taught to do the math in our heads, (or on paper).
We use the machines as a crutch far too much.
I have seen the most obvious errors, (due to a miss-key), go unnoticed because the operator had no idea of the mechanics of his calculation, and didn't recognize a bad result.

Remember the old saw that ends: "but to really screw up, you need a computer!" ?

OFF COURSE IT IS DECREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF A HUMAN MIND. the real example of this is the sharp memory of little kids since they are not used to these electronic devices yet. on the other side we , the youngsters and the elder people and others have poor memory in comparison to the kids. in this fast world using our mind all the times can stretch it out .So to rest our mind and make proper use of time we need to use such devices.hope u r satisfied by this answer. thanx

There r always two sides of a coin. On one side calculators n computers save our time n energy n on the other side, we r also not able to get any mental exercise which decreases our effeciency.

Myself I'm facing a problem working out simple math problems that involve multiplication or division since i got in college. I even considered getting a 5th or 6th grade math book and work out some exercises

advantage:
the calculators and computer helps us in many ways they works with a fast rate and accuracy
disadvantage:
1.decreasing the efficiency of mind
2.makes problem to our body ex:obesity......
3.eyes are affected badly
