I have a big seizure like once or twice a month.
I dont have convulsions or scream..etc
But I do bite my tongue,Muscles tighten up, & I kinda gasp for air. I mostly have them in my bed (like they happen when I first wake up). I wonder if anyone has had this or know anyone that has this For may be able to classify this Seizure. I have never found any ifo on this kind & havent talked to my doctor yet, but will soon.

Thanks any help is very appreciated.

Definately report this to a doctor. Seizures can be caused by epilipsy, hydrocephelus, brain tumors and I don't know what else.

Please go to your doctor.

Seizures aren't 'normal', and you need to be checked out by a physician.

Because they only happen in your bed upon waking, there could be a logical explanation (eg sleep paralysis), but don't take any chances. Your health is precious.
