Only if you have a specific, genetic disease called Bright's disease, which is exceedingly rare. Oh, and it's a negative effect if you get any of it in your diet.

Normally the body is able to excreet excess copper.

A friend is suffering from WILSON'S DISEASE, the inability to excreet copper from her system. As the copper level rises in her body, she is experiencing many physical and mental problems. Confusion and the inability to speak at a normal pace are two of the first things people notice. Loss of motor function, loss of balance, muscle contraction of the limbs causing strange positioning of arms, hands, and feet are also dominant features. The disease comes from a genetic problem, carried in families.
Untreated, Wilson's Disease is fatal.
